Returns & Exchanges

At Serax, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home design pieces. If an item does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and choose between a refund or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original Serax packaging to ensure they are protected during transit, as we can only accept returns of unused items in perfect condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier point and keep your receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
